Edible Forest Nursery

The following contains 124 apple varieties, many of which are sold by EFN.
These tables are best viewed in Mozilla.
(The columns in the frame above align exactly with the columns in this lower frame in Mozilla.)

The tables below are sorted twice, first by Cultivar and then by Ripening Date. (If you would like to see the varieties grouped according to ripening dates,, scroll halfway down this bottom frame to where it says "Ripen Sort".)

To best navigate these two frames, note that the column headings are exactly aligned with their corresponding columns in the lower frame (in Mozilla but not Internet Explorer at this time). When you scroll left or right, do so to both top and bottom frames equally to keep the column headings directly above their corresponding columns.
Note: The top frame has valuable explanations of the column headings

General Info on Tables: Probably all of the data in most of the fields have been cross- referenced at least twice and most more than that, some up to 7 times, so they should be quite accurate for most criteria. (The less objective criteria of flavor and texture have also been cross referenced if I have not personally tasted them). This is not to say that there aren't mistakes, please let me know if you spot any. Occasionally references disagree on their data, check the comments column for info on this. I am proud to present these tables and feel that they are the most comprehensive and accurate available for the cultivars listed.
